Susan Rice Will Brief Congress on Syria on Anniversary of Benghazi September 8, 2013 - 2:36 PM By Terence P. Jeffrey
(CNSNews.com) - Susan Rice, who falsely told the nation that the terrorist attacks in Benghazi on Sept. 11, 2012 had developed out of a spontaneous demonstration against a YouTube video, will mark the one year anniversary of those attacks by briefing Congress to make the administration's case for authorizing President Barack Obama to use military force in Syria.
The administration has decided to make Rice a key point person for pushing military intervention in Syria.
On Monday, Rice will give a speech about Syria to the New America Foundation, then speak to the Congressional Black Caucus and participate in a classified briefing that the administration will provide to members of Congress. She will participate in another classified briefing for Congress on Wednesday--which will be the twelfth anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the U.S. homeland and the one year anniversary of the terrorist attacks on the State Department and CIA facilities in Benghazi, Libya.
House Intelligence Chairman Mike Rogers (R.-Mich.), who supports taking military action against the Syrian regime of Bashar al-Assad to punish that regime for using chemical weapons, said on Sunday that President Obama's sending of Rice to brief Congress about Syria on the anniversary of Benghazi was emblematic of the administration's bad relations with the House of Representatives.
"The president hasn't made the case," said Rogers on CBS's Face the Nation. "Again, it's confounding. They're going to send up this week--think about this, this tells you the relationship with Congress, and it's not great: They're sending up Susan Rice to brief Congress on the year anniversary of Benghazi. And they're trying to win votes. I mean the credibility gap there is huge."

If at least one courageous congresscritter doesn’t take this opportunity to rip her a new one over her Benghazi lies, there’s something very, very wrong.
If anyone complains, they’ll get called “racist”—because Rice, who looks white and is married to a white media guy, is a black victim.

What video is she going to claim caused the Assad regime to gas its own civilians?
Fact is, there is no conclusive evidence that Bashar al-Assad was the driving force behind this most recent release of poison gas, or in fact, had anything to do with it. It is vastly more probable this was a “false flag” action carried out by guerrilla commandos wearing markings indicating they were Assad’s people. The Gleiwitz incident, on the border between Germany and Poland, on August 31, 1939, was intended to create the appearance of Polish aggression against Germany in order to justify the subsequent invasion of Poland. There are sharp parallels to this poison-gas incident. The objective was to bluff the Current Regime in Washington, DC, into “doing something” about the situation.
And depend on it, The Won will surely do exactly the wrong thing, overreacting and delivering the “punch” to the wrong target.
Then it becomes “Obama’s war”.
