This may be Putin letting Obama off the hook....Putin’s been meeting with Syrian and Irianian officials for sometime to devise a political solution which would NOT include Assad remaining as President. Apparently meeting Monday to finalize it which was reported on over this weekend. I expect that is why Obama changed his speech til Wednesday.....
Don’t be too quick to put this aside....Putins been working it with Iran and Syria meetings himself...supposedly finalized diplomatic solution Monday....tend to think Obama knows well of this and will hold off until he knows what is what officially pretaining to that.
Figures Putin took the lead....Obama has no credibility with any International Leader now.
