Posted on 09/09/2013 9:00:22 AM PDT by Nachum
The same idiot politicians who thought creating Gun Free Zones would make our schools safe assumed they could stop a few million patriotic bikers from driving non-stop through Washington, D.C. by denying them a permit. As usual, the idea BACKFIRED. The bikers, from some far-away states are already on the road and they all still intend to be there but now, obeying every law, every stop light, every pedestrian, their two hour ride will last all day long.
The real patriots in America are the ones willing to put down their personal business to join in a mutual effort to pay honor and tribute to our fallen heroes. To defend our rights to liberty and freedom and to confront those who choose to demean those heroes. Today those patriots are the millions of bikers in America who express their pride in their country and in their individualism every day they ride. Today they are on their way to Washington, D.C. to set the record straight. The numbers are not yet in but it may well be that 2-million bikers from across America are about to converge on our nations capitol on the 12th anniversary of the Islamic terrorist attack to confront a Muslim group who planned to organize a march to celebrate the day other Muslims hijacked four airliners and killed thousands of Americans. The sound of millions of bikers roaring through Washington on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 will be a sound to remember.

The list, Ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
Great. It reminds me of the final scene from the old Frankenstein movie. Maybe it is a trial run for eventual removal of...
Perfect. “Your honor, I was not part of any organized demonstration, I was just riding down the street, obeying every traffic law...”
Next they’ll attempt to write 2 million tickets.
But that crowd for MLK...no problem
who writes this BS ? - now we define who the real Patriots are? - Yeah - Sue Bob and Billy Boob working nine to five to support a family and stay off of welfare and cant afford a 20k luxury toy aren't real Patriots I guess...
Sorry kids - some of us can't afford the toys or the time off of work - and frankly screw you if you think less of us for it...
No rant against Nachum, i realize you didnt write it- but geesh
It will be interesting to see how the collectivist media spins the story.
Any word on what the million sandmaggots permit is supposed to be for? Any specific time and place in DC?
Concord Bridge? or Fort Sumter?
Limey bikes allowed ?
"I'll admit...most journalists here in Washington were shocked to see that so many Muslims owned motorcycles..."
The bikers should show up anyway, not illegal to drive around DC is it?
initially coined the Million Muslim March and later changed to the Million American March Against Fear, the committee hopes to generate awareness about civil rights violations that Muslims have endured after the September 11 attacks that occurred nearly 12 years ago
I can’t join them either—but I sure applaud them for what they’re doing, and you’ll get no sour apples from me about their efforts.
Since politicians do not accept defeat easily or gracefully, the bikers should/must be very careful. Their police will be at the least writing tickets for the most minor of infractions. At the other end some of their more aggressive police will be doing everything in their power to provoke a confrontation. Any such confrontation could end up bloody and deadly. I pray the motorcyclist will be very aware and careful. STAY SAFE MY FRIENDS.
I do applaude the bikers for finding a way to pursue this effort. Wish I could join them!
And, although not all of us are equipped with what’s needed to join them, I’m sure all real patriots in America will be putting aside many moments to pay honor and tribute to the 9/11 fallen, whether it is a prayer, a talk with their children to remind them of what was lost that day, a moment of silence, a call to a survivor, a hug...there are so many ways that this will be done.
We will never forget.
I no longer own a cruiser, but had I known that the Obamaholes in D.C. were going to give slimy muzzies permissions whilst denying bikers....I’d have rented a hog and gone.
Go, bikers. Make our day. And be sure to extend our one-fingered salute to the worshippers of a child-boinking murderer...and the cause of our soon to come war with islam (small i intended).
Harley -vs- a camel...Harley wins....muck the fuslims
That’s the point. They are going to show up and they are going to drive around. Instead of taking two hours, they will take 13 hours to do it by not having special dispensation organize the move through the streets.
“Limey bikes allowed ?”
Allowed and welcome.
Be sure to give the finger salute to each and every muzzie you see.
We love those who stand for real USA. These bikers are making a statement against the takeover of USA from agents foreign and domestic.
Two million bikers! Excellent. Take it to the streets.
I would expect many of the bike riders to be “elderly kooky types” who are retired (think Viet Nam vets).
It appears that they are to gather on the National Mall...near what t-shirt vendor I couldn't tell you.
Does anyone know of a webcam that I can watch of this event?
I am confused.
A quick scan of the FR thread yesterday led me to believe that this ride (permit denied)was going to be literally bicycles. Some sort of green thing. 2 million riders was a pipe dream.
The real bikers have a ride every Memorial Day. That’s where the picture on Drudge was lifted from.
The real bikers gave Dubya a leather jacket after Maine One
dropped him in their midst in Virginia.
Has the regime really become that petty, denying a permit for the Patriot Guard types???
Humblegunner, I need your expertise!
I’m not able to join these patriots either, but I salute them.
I've noticed that increasingly, Freepers have to copy the full title of articles into their first post on the thread because they won't fit into the 'title' posting block.
Obviously, we have to do that to try and comply with FR's posting rules, but would it be possible to tweak the posting program to accommodate longer titles? They seem to be more and more common these days.
LOVE that Western, one of the best morality plays out there, and one of the best shoot outs I’ve seen.
yeah - ive no beef with the bikers - rather the author
And as far as I am concern one heck of a love story to boot!!!
It wouldn't be the first time Barry has dissed American patriots on motorcycles.
Umm, who said anything about it being a high end bike thing? You are just as welcome to show up with whatever you have to ride on. I’d ride around on a broken down huffy if I didn’t live 2500 miles away, and had to work, just for the satisfaction of offending a bunch of muzzies and their politician lackey bootlickers. Focus on the message, and don’t shoot the messenger.
Imagine that! Well, I'll bet they'll try to outlaw rodeo clowns that mock The One, the Light(in the loafers)Worker, our one and only Planet-Healer himself.
~Patriot Guard type.
I hope their route goes past every news outlet in DC and every recognizable monument.
Does anyone know when they are expected to begin arriving in DC? I would like to cheer them on from a highway overpass. (I-95)
Looks like 11 Sept will be a heck of a communte with this stop and go ride. I’ll make sure my gas tank is full and I have plenty of water and snacks to partake of during the traffic crawl to and from work.
This is on top of the Washington Monument.
Remember Benghazi. The Benghazi that Juan Williams and Howard Kurtz say is “no scandal.”
The Boston Massacre comes to mind.
How did that turn out for the King, eh?
Thank you, but I’ll pass on that one.
That costs $4.99 and only has a 2 star rating (out of 5). It doesn’t even give a free preview.
"but now, obeying every law, every stop light, every pedestrian, their two hour ride will last all day long"
...even with a DC police escort, I could see participants riding home and finding their mailboxes stuffed and overflowing with red light camera tickets.
~Patriot Guard member
Unfortunately, by seeking permission from the Gestapo, eh D.C. Police, it makes the Bikers look like they are “disobeying” the Law, which of course they aren’t.
Funny how I always thought I was living in a Free Country, silly me.
This might be better. Looks like a bunch of traffic cams which is perfect for watching motos going by.
Did seem a little exclusive didn’t it? Probably just passionate journalism. ; )
