DC screwed up because with out the city blessing all traffic devises will be obeyed and it will take them all day vs 2 hours to make the run.

Looks well organized. Good. I presume they have a policy where, if somebody runs into trouble, they will move off to the side of the road if possible, so others can proceed. They probably all have their phones too, so no one is going to be stranded and immobiled for very long. Lovin’ it!!

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 11
Virginia State Police will escort more than 500 motorcyclists onto I-95 north at Exit 143
FREDERICKSBURG – At 9 a.m. on Wednesday, September 11 all lanes on I-95 north at Exit 143 (Rt. 610/Garrisonville) in Stafford County will be closed to traffic for approximately 15 minutes to allow more than 500 motorcyclists to enter the interstate from Route 610 in Stafford County.
The motorcyclist will be traveling north on I-95 to the HOV lanes enroute to the Washington D.C. area.
To avoid delays motorists should use Route 1 north as an alternate route.

Somebody in the comments said that was a toll booth out near Dulles Airport...didn’t look like VA 267 (the airport toll road) as I remember it from 25 years ago so I’m not sure what highway that was.
