I’m in favor of the govenment operating under the rules the founders set out in Article 1, Section 8. Are you saying that the founders were communists? That might explain some of your contempt for the constitution.
If you want to address those things in your state and your state’s constitution gives it that authority, knock yourself out. But on the federal level, you need to cite the part of Article 1, Section 8 or a constitutional amendment that gives it authority to act on those things. If you’re so worried about drugs being sold next to school kids then you should be all for legalization just like with alcohol. Nobody sells whiskey on school playgrounds because there is no profit in that. It’s just more efficient for retail stores to meet that demand. But you don’t really care about the children. They’re just your excuse for a busybody police state, just like with the liberals.

I try to type this slow enough for you to understand since you have issues with reading comprehension. If your state’s constitution allows it, you need address those issues at the state level because THERE IS NO CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY FOR THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO ACT ON THEM. If you don’t like that, then have your member of congress subits the appropriate amendment to the constitution. The founders spelled out quite clearly how to do that. They didn’t put a footnote at the end saying “forget all that bullsh*t we just wrote, go ahead and do whatever the hell you want.”
