The primary 'PR misstep' is that Obama and his administration have proven themselves to be unabashed liars for the past 6 years. As such, they'd have trouble selling anything.
That, and supporting islamic terrorists, as well as proposing that we take sides in a civil war that offers us no benefits if the side he wants to support wins - is insane.

One of the ironies in this is that the Administration read, believed and cited reports from the MSM as “evidence” and that is all they seem to have.

Turns out liars can lie to liars too.

This incident also illustrates how absolutely void all liberals are of any ability to think critically.

CONFESSION TO MY FREEPER PALS: I keep having wonderful daydreams, trying to guess who Obama lacerated for the debacle.

Was it Nancy Pelosi---who talked up Obama's "strength"? David Axelrod (now at CBS-egging on Ohaha in a tweet to media). The Black Caucus suck-up? Susan no-brain Rice's "advice"?.... Maybe Valerie? Jay Carney? Joe Biden? John Kerry's brain-deadness?

Mmmmmmmm....I'm guessing it was greedy Michele.

Our war profits went kaput when that dam Putin weighed in."

"My constituents love the president," Cummings added. "They are just tired of war." Another politician living in fantasy land. The American are not only tired of war, the unnecessary sacrifice of American lives and tax dollars, they are fed up with the Obama monarchy.

"Chief among Obama's missteps, they say, was underestimating the nation's profound weariness with military entanglements in the Middle East, fed by residual anger over the origins of the Iraq war, and overestimating lawmakers' willingness to make risky votes 14 months before the next congressional elections."

Nice try Yahoo, but what Obama misread was his gravitas (remember that word?) among the people. We don't want a pin prick turning into Obamacare.
