How about they try to understand us and our culture since they choose to live here? How’s that for cross-cultural understanding?
Who does this principal think he’s kidding with that ‘after-the-fact ‘apology’? In place of the Pledge of Allegiance he chose to have a poem read that tries to portray Muslims as victims in a land hostile to their faux ‘religion’. The same religion whose ‘holy book’ tells them to murder ‘infidels’. Muslims use Americas freedoms and tolerance to gain acceptance for a vile ‘religion’ that would kill people like this appeasing school principal just for not being a Muslim or endorsing homosexual behavior in the school he oversees. That we allow this tripe in our taxpayer-funded public schools is outrageous and helps explain why the Islamic jihadists view America as an easy target. With idiots such as this Massachusetts principal, we are.

Someone should dress up in muslim garb and go knock on the Principals door and ask if he minds if you use his sink to wash your feet. Or, better yet, I bet he has his own private bathroom at the school....
As you noted a code word that really means "criticizing our culture."
Does anybody really think that the principal would have, for example, taken the time to explain to the students the tragic fate of the 8 year old girl with a 40 year old "husband"? And how that was part of the "culture" they should understand.
