And if he signs it and I were an opposing counselor in court, my opening objection would be a complaint that the opposing counselor is currently violating Federal Law, enforced or not. Followed by a motion to have the opposing counsel removed.

Lawmakers and Lawyers are voting themselves out of business. When nobody obeys the law any longer who needs lawyers?

This has got to be a joke

California is a joke. We have 12% unemployment and too many lawyers and the legislature decides to solve the problem by letting illegal aliens practice law.

So when I get run over by an illegal alien with his new approved California driver’s license he will be defended by an newly approved illegal alien lawyer by the newly approved non-citizen jury. I won’t have the chance for justice as that of a snow ball in hell.

That's totally inappropriate. It's lewd, lascivious, salacious, outrageous!

“When nobody obeys the law any longer who needs lawyers?”
*************

Good post! What purpose are laws in a lawless country?

And what is the point of being a citizen anymore? In fact, its probably now a disadvantage.

Just wait until illegal aliens are allowed to be judges. That is the logical next step in this insanity.

There are several, serious secession movements going on in a couple of states. Expect to see more as liberal insanity has become intolerable.

I’m hoping one of the break-away movements will be able to find a way to separate itself from the liberal domination. But government does not give up control easily. It is a beast that viciously defends itself.

I was thinking along the same lines, but my line went that by creating a glut of lawyers, they will drive their own prices down. Market forces.
