I left the Methodist Church in 1975.

Nothing in the years since then has caused me to question my decision.

When the Southern Methodist Church went extinct, the successor was and is a totally failed church, IMHO.

Lesbio and Lebiett.

I can’t stand it when someone takes Shakespeare and instead of going on the original work, they have to change it to reflect the times and they end up with a muddled mess that appeals to no one. The one with Leonardo De Caprio kept the original writing but put it in the year 1995?? or some such and it wasn’t as horrible as I imagined.

What’s the Methodist motto, “Open Minds, Open Hearts, Open Sewers”? Something like that.

Yeah, I saw the articles...would have to read up on that a bit, but if he did say that, the College of Cardinals ought to re-consider their choice for the Vicar of Christ.

I’m not at all Catholic, but this kind of teaching seems to even go against their history.
