A 46-year-old college English professor died Saturday from an apparently unprovoked and random stabbing that also severely injured his 30-year-old partner after the pair left a Sounders game Friday night.
Troy Wolff, chair of the English department at Shoreline Community College and a resident of the Beacon Hill neighborhood, died from multiple stab wounds.
His partner, Kristin Ito, who was also stabbed repeatedly, was in serious condition at Harborview Medical Center late Saturday afternoon.
The alleged attacker, a 44-year-old man, was arrested Friday and taken to King County Jail. On Saturday, he was booked for investigation of murder...

A worthwhile human being killed by a feral urban animal.
And the beat goes on. Sigh.
But since there hasn't been a national stink made, I guess it's just "random violence", not a hate crime.
In contrast to all the "love crimes" out there.
For those not familiar with Seattle, Pioneer Square is homeless central.
Mildly dangerous during the day, but very dangerous at night.
I bet this poor professor was a big Odumbo supporter. May he rest in peace. Not even libs deserve this kind of fate.
Black
Two days gone by and no name of the perp, who was caught at the scene, waiting for police. I think releasing HIS name is in order.
He was arrested and booked Saturday for murder. Unfortunately, King County only has booking photos/details for the last 24 hours of booking. Too late to find out the “diminished capacity” murderer until his court hearing I guess.
It’s a dangerous world. Even college English professors need to be aware of there surroundings.
Why aren’t they releasing his name? Maybe his father or mother is a politician.
Translation: We are so PC on Seattle that we don't dare criticize a murder as to not offend the street people “community”
the readers comments after the video are SO Seattle. Some blaming Reagan blah blah bla.....
I saw those comments. And they wonder why there city is such a mess. They just need to look in a mirror.
It happened a short time after a Sounders game ended.
So, I assume a lot of fairly normal people might have been wandering through, or stopping for a post game beer.
Both the victims were at the game.
From the film footage, the perp is clearly black.
And it’s only random if one accepts that he was looking for ANYONE to stab. He wasn’t. He wanted a White, and he got a White.
He’s not white....the killer is black....look at the picture.
They have “gun control” in Seattle, but not “criminal control”.
That’s the way libs think and act, and innocent people die.
What is wrong with this picture, besides the fact that the mayor of Seattle is a total asshole?
**sigh**
Nope, liberal dipstick. He couldn't protect those he loved 'cause you and your idiot friends make personal protection illegal. How many lives have y'all cost the country with your absent minded policies? d:^)
The rule is that all black on white hate crimes must be marketed as “random attacks.”
I think that term can now be classified as a new “dog whistle” for us.
Nothing to see here. Move on, brain dead white liberals.
Must be a PC thing of not naming the suspect.
Here is this story from Seattle PD about an armed citizen stopping an assailant.
I’m living in Seattle’s Belltown, not far from the incident, and following this story closely, as are many folks in this district, and I’m wondering why the Lamestream Media blackout of the name and race of the perp?
Also, rumor control has it that the perp yelled, “This is for Trayvon!” as he attacked the couple.
Thanks in advance for any information on the perp!
