10-15 minutes ago WTOP radio reported shooting at Bolling AFB. They have not retracted, but are currently saying that something is happening there and the base gates are still closed.

...the base gates are still closed Makes sense - One shooting at a military facility in the DC area, lock down the rest.
Best case scenario - no further incidents.
Next Best - Keep them OUT.
Not So Good - Keep them contained after they try something.
