So now they can continue to persecute Syrian Christians with our U.S. tax dollars.
In other words, Obama is willing to break every law, ignore the Constitutional prerogative given to Congress, and even public opinion to achieve his aims. Has any President in US history ever used executive orders to enforce or suspend laws and agreements by decree as Obama?
