It is another thing to RE-WRITE legislation; that why we have a "Legislative Branch"(ie . CONGRESS )
If Congress takes no action, this action constitutes as EXECUTIVE OVERREACH,
and renders Congress as a eunuch , with NO USEFUL PURPOSE !!
IF THIS ISN'T UNCONSTITUTIONAL THEN NOTHING IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL !!
Besides being unConstitutional , it is illegal to arm our legally defined enemies and is TREASON !!
