This is what is currently in store, and it is only going to get more bureaucratic and onerous.

Microsoft’s operating system is simpler than that. If that were a computer program it would crash.
It should be noted that in the flowchart, the president is positioned exactly where he belongs; in diametric opposition to the patients.
“Microsofts operating system is simpler than that. If that were a computer program it would crash.”
From 30 years of design reviews and then living with the product, I can tell you that the simpler the design the more reliable the product. Looking at it another way, McDonald’s discovered that each new menu item added x minutes to every customer’s wait. Meaning that the complexity of the menu (and you know how simple it is) would double, triple and quadruple the customer’s time to service. (If you’re old enough, you remember when it was burgers, fries and a drink and you were out in roughly a minute and a half. It takes up to five minutes just to get coffee now.)
Obamacare is designed to fail. Failure is cooked into it. But, that was the intention from the beginning. It was always an interim step to the single payer NIH they have in England.
I really haven't seen much change over the years. If you're at the counter and they're busy with drive-thru (higher priority) you can wait a bit. If not -- and unless they're out of coffee -- it is often available immediately after payment. Same with other items -- available right away unless they need to be prepared (naturally). So either McDonalds hasn't reached the steep part of the time-to-service curve or my location has adequate staffing and equipment to keep up.
The constitutionally indefensible Obamacare law is deliberately unreadable, imo. It was made that way probably not only to make it easier for activist justices to read anything into it that they want to in order to expand Obamacare, but also to make it easier for Obama to likewise expand it with constitutonally indefensible executive orders.
