I assumed that had been going on now, as she hasn't been seen much lately. Perhaps all of the incisions haven't healed yet, or the puffiness hasn't subsided yet?

But you are right. She will disappear for a few months, get botoxed, face-lifted and a new hairdo. The media will faint in glee and put her on newsmagazine covers (assuming newsmagazines are still published; I dunno). All of that work still can't hide the evil in the eyes, though.
