What does “mentally challenged” mean?
Does it mean that he likes to play
trivia games, or do crossword puzzles?
Nah...it only means, they get any information / news from the DBM...

During questioning, an “apologetic” Davis reportedly confessed to robbing Dawkins, claiming that he “stole the property because he needed new tires for his car.” Jones admitted that she and Davis went to GameStop intending to “catch a cracker,”

That's retarded.

So if they claim they intended to ‘catch a cracker’ does that get them leniency?

there is also a certain amusing irony in having the
cops present you with a copy of something called
'Grand Theft Auto'. :-)
well, there is that...

“Does mentally challenged mean he crosses his eyes when he goes in for his disability check?”

You must not have bothered to read the article carefully. The retarded kid saved up his money for months to buy this game for himself and his family.

Instead of crackers they had pumpernickel. The money was most likely for drugs. Tires is a lame excuse.

After asking Dawkins for the time...

This seems to be the number one method of "breaking the ice" for thieves.

They wanted to “catch a cracker” and they got a black guy? So who’s mentally challenged here? Not their black victim, who went to the cops right away and got them snagged after their stupid stunts.

The sad thing is that these two losers have 4 children.

Whoa there Cowboy! I’m in my 70s and crosswords help to keep my mind sharp, just as they do for many other elderly folks. ....I don’t do video games, which seem to taint the minds of “youngsters”.
