I saw him on TV the other day. From behind, his hair/haircut looked like a woman's hair. It had a little underflip at the bottom.
I laughed because I just don't like him and thought he had "woman hair".
Yes, a toupee could look the same. Maybe he is overcompensating for losing hair.
Doesn't matter his appearance - I still don't like him so I laugh!
