I guess the NSA and the rest of the US intelligence agencies are too busy reading everyone's e-mails, to pay attention to those who do present a threat.

Just remember that the US was warned several times by Russia about the Boston bombers, but they were too busy to follow up...

There was a picture of a young, non-Arabic, hijab-wearing white woman with an English name (I don’t know whether she is a British or American convert) who is thought to be the woman reported as participating in the Kenya attack.

I do not like Peter King.
I do not trust Peter King.
To me, he is one step to the right of upChuck Schumer and just as much of a publicity hound.
Anything King says, I would have to verify with at least 2 sources and then I would still be skeptical.

That is exactly why they were recruited. They know the language, they know the lay of the land, they are the insiders crucial to an attack.

Only two sources. King is more dangerous than Pelosi/Reid, Schumer, Obozo and other rat liars. We know that they lie, and many of us don’t realize that King is a liar for the left.

Gathering info is one thing. Distilling it is another.

I guarantee they have no trouble at all "distilling" information on domestic political opponents such as the TP.

"Distilling" = giving a isht. The only thing this regime cares about is their political enemies. They could not care less about terrorists.

Well, imagine that. A lot of good all that domestic spying has done then.

It's doing exactly as it was intended: It is being used to carefully monitor and destroy American citizens who are to the right-of-center, politically.

Peter King was once okay on amnesty. He is on a list of 24 GOP Congressman who support amnesty from one of the Amnesty websites.

I guess the Dream Act portion of amnesty will probably cost half a trillion or a trillion. None of them have jobs.

The farm worker is costing us so how much are the dreamers who want to party with college loans going to cost?

At 38 Seconds in the short video on you tube,
I would assume that FBI and local law enforcement are looking at Somalia communities to make sure there is no follow up attempt here in the US.

This is the first two minutes of the video below.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Al-Shabaab_(militant_group)#Twitter_account

In January 2013, Twitter suspended Al-Shabaab’s English account.[193][194] This was apparently in response to the account having issued death threats against Frenchman “Denis Allex” and subsequently posted photos of his corpse after the botched Bulo Marer hostage rescue attempt, as well as tweeting threats to kill Kenyan hostages.[194][195] Al-Shabaab later opened a new Twitter account on February 4, 2013.[195] Twitter closed the account again on September 6, 2013 for unspecified reasons. A few days earlier, on September 3, the insurgent group had used the service to claim responsibility for an unsuccessful ambush attempt against a convoy carrying Somalian President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud. The militants also tweeted after the attack that the outfit had no other active Twitter feeds in English, and cautioned users against “parody accounts”. The insurgent group also messaged that “next time, you won’t be as lucky,” in apparent violation of Twitter’s user policies against issuing threats of violence and using the service for illicit purposes or activities. However, Al-Shabaab’s Arabic account remained open.[194] The group later relaunched its English Twitter account on September 11.[196]

Rand Paul’s immigration speech
03.19.13 | Hon Sen Rand Paul (KY)
Posted on 03/19/2013 7:04:07 AM PDT by Perdogg
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2998395/posts

...The Republican Party must embrace more legal immigration.

Unfortunately, like many of the major debates in Washington, immigration has become a stalemate-where both sides are imprisoned by their own rhetoric or attachment to sacred cows that prevent the possibility of a balanced solution.

Immigration Reform will not occur until Conservative Republicans, like myself, become part of the solution. I am here today to begin that conversation.

Let’s start that conversation by acknowledging we aren’t going to deport 12 million illegal immigrants.

If you wish to work, if you wish to live and work in America, then we will find a place for you...

This is where prudence, compassion and thrift all point us toward the same goal: bringing these workers out of the shadows and into being taxpaying members of society.

Imagine 12 million people who are already here coming out of the shadows to become new taxpayers.12 million more people assimilating into society. 12 million more people being productive contributors.

[but he’s not in favor of amnesty, snicker, definition of is is]
