The mall is still in the hands of the terrorist after 24 hours....what do the Kenyans give a damn....the hostages are Christian.
They called in the Israelis for support so they can get as many hostages out alive as possible.
The jihadis are on a suicide mission; the hostages are not.
And further, Kenya has had very friendly relations with Israel for decades. I'd say it's better to wait and get competently trained/equipped soldiers than to storm it and ensure the death of the hostages.
