Reprising his role of the nation’s consoler in chief after yet another mass shooting, Obama said Americans should honor the victims of last Monday’s shooting by insisting on a change in gun laws. “It ought to obsess us,” Obama said. …

I forced myself to listen to this speech. Obama held captive family, friends, and co-workers of the victims to make a crass and cynical political speech on gun control.
Obama didn’t honor the dead and their families, he used them-—yet once again...

Rather, the user- and manipulator-in chief lied again to push a failing political agenda for media consumption.
Obama was petulant, PO’d, and seemingly depressed. He wasn’t there to comfort or console the bereaved. He was there to punish the uncooperative.
Shut up Obama. We need our guns to protect us against the foreign terrorist invaders you are so fond of.

And in Germany, the U.K., Canada, Australia, etc.
Not to mention the horrific mass murder in the shopping mall in Nairobi, Kenya. The victims were not allowed self-defense firearms, but the Muslim terrorists had no problem obtaining weapons.

The fight to humanely care for the dangerously mentally ill should obsess us.

Why is GUN VIOLENCE such a big thing for him? Isn't KNIFE VIOLENCE, BASEBALL-BAT VIOLENCE, or simple MOBS-OF-PEOPLE-BEATING-AN-INDIVIDUAL-VIOLENCE even on his radar?
I know the answer to that. It's because he's obsessed with taking guns so the remainder of his agenda will go more smoothly.
