Stop clobbering of the rich, warns Chris Grayling

A senior Conservative minister has warned that both Labour and the Liberal Democrats plan to “clobber the rich” after the next election.

Chris Grayling, the Justice Secretary, says that the Opposition and his party’s Coalition partners will drive “wealth creators” out of Britain...

Mr Grayling’s strongly worded intervention, in an article for The Sunday Telegraph, draws a dividing line between “wealth creation” and “socialism” -- for which Ed Miliband on Saturday said his party was “fighting the battle”...

“One of the big themes of last week’s conference was higher taxes,” Mr Grayling writes. “They want to penalise the wealth creators too. Both say it’s a red line for any future government.

“Conservatives want to support wealth creators and job creators. That’s a red line for us.”

The UK is on a one-way ticket to oblivion. Is Scotland gone yet? Not all, but a large enough majority in the UK are indoctrinated leftists or are pliant, quiescent sheep who can’t think of how it might be different. So in essence, the progressives want all of the serfs broke and desperate to obey their authority without question but forgot one thing. Who are they going to suck all their wealth from when everyone else is destitute.? Progressives have a bad habit of not thinking every thing through to its conclusion.
