Outing the Progressive Republicans Attacking Cruz

Palin is right… time to cowboy up and out the Progressives on the Right who are targeting Ted Cruz. Weasels all.

The Blaze:

After “Fox News Sunday” host Chris Wallace revealed that GOP leaders had contacted him with opposition research on Ted Cruz (R-Tex.) ahead of Cruz’ appearance on the show, at least a couple of conservatives opined Sunday that Wallace should reveal which Republicans dropped dime.

One of my personal heroes, Mark Levin, also backed Palin with a resounding ‘you go girl!’

Palin evidently has the missing set that our Republican leaders misplaced. She came out on Fox News and called the RINOs out. Using descriptive and accurate terms such as “gutless” and “rudderless,” the Alaskan political maven slapped the Progressives on the right side of the aisle with an Alaskan trout concerning the fight over Obamacare. Mama Grizzly vigorously stated that Conservatives should get behind Ted Cruz and Mike Lee in defunding this regulatory Sharia-enhanced monstrosity. Screw political popularity — do what Americans overwhelmingly demand and starve the beast you spineless asshats.

In true Palin fashion, she made it clear her disgust with “GOP elephants that would actually turn on a senator who is fulfilling his campaign promises.”

Here come the Tea Party giants led from Alaska and Texas, closely followed by Conservatives across the nation. Hear the call of Palin:

“We ask as an American people collectively that they not wave a white flag and just capitulate and give in to the liberals and to those who want this socialized program of health care coverage in our nation,” Palin says.

If the Republicans surrender, they will go down as goats and traitors to the American people. It will become apparent it was far more tempting to align with the enemy, line their pockets and lick the boots of a dictator who would submit a free nation to something very akin to the Jizya tax for Dhimmis.

I gotta tell ya, if Cruz has earned the intense dislike of McCain, I may just adopt him.

From The Blaze comes news that warms my heart and lifts my soul:

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) has been ruffling feathers since his arrival in Washington this year. Including some on his own side of the aisle. In fact, according to a new profile in GQ magazine, the Texas senator has earned the intense dislike of Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.)

“He f***ing hates Cruz,” an adviser to Sen. McCain told GQ’s Jason Zengerle. “He’s just offended by his style.”

But it appears that the contentious relationship cuts both ways. Cruz has his own words for the senior Arizona senator.

“I don’t know a conservative who didn’t feel embarrassed voting in 2006 or 2008,” Cruz said. “I think the Republican Party lost its way. We didn’t stand for the principles we’re supposed to believe in.”

Recall that McCain mocked Sens. Cruz and Rand Paul (R-Ky.) after the Kentucky senator’s 13-hour filibuster over the White House’s drone policy, referring to the two senators and those who agree with them as “wackobirds.”

More recently, McCain has criticized Cruz for his efforts to defund Obamacare, suggesting that attempts to do away with President Barack Obama’s health care law are “not rational.”

“I can tell you that in the U.S. Senate, will not repeal or defund Obamacare. We will not,” McCain told CNN. “And to think we can is not rational.”

Wow, it would seem the esteemed Senator from Arizona has had his Progressive feathers ruffled somewhat, eh? Good. Just retire already, would ya?

Pelosi is saying the cupboard is bare and there’s nothing left to cut in the budget… well, you can start with Obamacare. It’s a good place to start. Then move on to the pork and graft that Pelosi seems to take for granted. And it is way past time to out every Republican who is attacking Cruz. We want names and we will remember, as will history.

LOL -- she's got 'em hanging up in her smoke shed out back, along with 600 pounds of prime venison.

Name names of shut the bleep up.

Does that mean you like the way the game is played now, and you just want conservatives to shut up?

That's how that sounds.

War Hero or not, you’re killing your country now.

He wasn't a "war hero" (see Carlos Hathcock and Roy Benevidez), he was a prison-camp survivor. There's a difference.

I thought he was waaay too friendly with the North Vietnamese pukes after the war was over, btw. He and Skerry.
