More and more leftists are becoming unhinged and revealing their brutal inner totalitarian. The latest is a fundraiser at the University of California, San Francisco, one of the nation's top medical schools. An official at that medical school took to Twitter to propose that the those who are "nonbelievers" in Obamacare be denied medical care.

It will be a train wreck and we told them loudly and clearly it was going to be a train wreck. It may speed up the time line of the crash. That will allow the wreckage to cool and the smoke to clear. Maybe in my limited time left, we can give the free market without government meddling a chance to deliver health care affordably once again.

Ironically, the fewer people using obamacare, the more likely it will succeed. It is economically and for that matter physically impossible for obamacare to sustain itself in any measurable way unless there is a mass denial of services.

For a medical school official, Ms. Handler is sadly clueless as to the demographics of McDonalds customers, 18-oz soda buyers, obesity and poor health habits (like drinking, smoking, illicit drug use, obesity, and drive-by shootings).
