Be that as it may, he is smart enough to know how to strengthen a nation's culture and everything that goes along with it....regardless of the true intentions. He'll have his Russian empire if he keeps this up.

Not disagreeing with you, but a quick look at the numbers of tiny people that our own "president" has played a part in sending to the graveyard brings a new twist to an old poem:
