Cruz is a Texan.

Texas is NOT where you were born, but a State of Heart, Mind & Attitude.

He HAS IT.

The only way Christie would ever have a chance is if liberals cross over and vote for him, and as we have seen in the past, thats usually what they do.

They are the heart of the conservatives. McCain and Linda are the heart of the GOP.

According to Sarah Palin today, there are three parties: the liberal Democrats, the RINO Republicans, and The Good Guys!

Cruz was a champion debater at Harvard, or was it Yale or whichever Ivy school he got law degree from (hey, my name is not Google). And it shows when he talks! This man is superbly talented. And he looks great on TV, very photogenic person.

After watching Ted Cruz most of the day, I’m here to tell you, every penny I spend on politics is going to Ted Cruz. The man is a blessing in disguise.

You are correct there. Rove is aware of his lower stature post Bush leaving office though and with the rise of the tea party. He wants to kill off conservatives as he still wants power and control and thinks he can brush off the conservatives as radical right wingers, but he is now in the minority as the GOP is a laughingstock.
