Senator Ted Cruz, who vowed to speak out against Obamacare on the Senate floor 'until I am no longer able to stand', has slogged his way into a second day and shows no sign of relenting after speaking for more than 19 hours.
Cruz, who began at 2.41pm on Tuesday, is continuing his crusade to deny funding for Obama's overhaul of the U.S. healthcare system, branding it the country's 'biggest jobs killer'.

This is hopefully punch 1 of a 1-2 punch that will end up with this monstrosity first paralyzed, then swept out the door, but the sweep out will probably need until the next election cycle. Roberts' decision was written AGAINST 0bamacare yet he approved 0bamacare as Constitutional. I wanna know who got to Roberts and how.. Blackmailed? Did Elena Kagan use Jedi mind tricks or hypnotize him? I don't trust that woman. There is a reason 0bama was hot and heavy to get her on the court.
There was a time limit, essentially the beginning of a new legislative day, in which the first order of business was a prayer.
So Cruz was cut off by Senate rules that start a new day with a prayer.
The filibuster-as-speech is over.

I saw Mike Lee and Rubio up for short intervals....I think that’s when Ted took his breaks....don’t know if anybody else came on....that’s all I saw...didn’t sleep well last night so I got a quick peak several times over night...
FWIW-
Sen. Ted Cruz will be a better alternative to Jeb Bush (Mr. Congeniality) in the 2016 Presidential Race. If Bush Jr. is the Republican RINO candidate, Hillary Clinton will win in 2016.
