I suggest that Cummings get off his fat ass and become a human shield for Issa. That consists of walking ahead of him to trip IEDs and land mines, to take the first bullet of an ambush, and to throw himself over Issa to protect him from harm.

Cummings is becoming more and more an internal threat to the US. He should be disciplined by Congress and ousted from his seat on the Committee.
