Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, is already reaping benefits from his 21-hour stand against President Barack Obama's new health care law, as a new poll shows him leading the way for the 2016 Republican presidential nomination.
Cruz garnered 20 percent support compared to 17 percent for Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., 14 percent for New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, 11 percent for former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush and 10 percent each for Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., and Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wis., according to a survey by Public Policy Polling released Friday. Cruz improved 8 percent from a similar poll in July.
That moment came late in Reagan's campaign. Cruz has plenty of time for more such moments.

We’ve had to put up with Dole, McCain and Romney, and both lose the war and lose the message.
Cruz may lose a general election.
But at least he will show the rest of America the path forward.
(That said....I remain optimistic. Maybe there’s enough of “us” out there. We just have to be stirred!).
Polls report on fast-changing emotional reactions. They are not based on reasoned, intelligent appraisals of candidates.
This is why there are tracking polls. The trend is very positive. Plus...
21 hours is a long time to make a reasonable appraisal.

I would donate money, campaign for, and do everything in my power to help Ted Cruz get elected. I absolutely LOVE this man..but you just wait and see..the GOP Establishment(Which is really another term for progressive leftist) are going to do everything in their power to destroy Cruz..they will start bogus rumors about him, try to tear him down..its up to US ALL to defend him because he is going to need it

Ted Cruz would totally kick Hitlary’s ass..it would be hilarious to watch..I hope she will wear a dark pants suit, those poop stains are murder to get rid of..but the media will protect her like they do every Dem, it wont be easy but it can be done..I fear the GOP Establishment more than the Dems..its the RINOS in the party that want to destroy Cruz more than the Dems do..at least with Dems, they are supposed to hate Ted Cruz, but you just watch, the GOP Establishment progressive hacks will do everything and anything to destroy him..but I have his back because he is a good man who loves this country and is doing everything in his power to save it
