Recent happenings in America show that racism is growing to a point where it can turn into fascism. Let us look at three incidents. An Indian-American girl is selected for and wins the Miss America pageant. However, instead of being welcomed, she is subjected to racist slurs and online bigotry. A Sikh professor is attacked by a mob in New York. The Indian candidates in the election in Edison, New Jersey are subjected to a defacing campaign; their posters defaced by dots representing Bindis and swastikas.
These are not isolated incidents by some racist fanatics, but show a growing and deep-rooted sentiment against minorities and of growing intolerance and hatred toward them. These feelings and sentiments in the majority community are extremely dangerous because they are signs of impending fascism. Fascism in America will be far more dangerous than Europe because American society is far more violent than European society. The historical experience shows that whenever there is a crisis in capitalism, it has a tendency to turn toward fascism. American society is very deeply divided upon racial lines. Because of the tendency toward violence and deep racial divisions, America is now much more likely than Europe to turn fascist, and the fascism will be much more dangerous than Europe.
It is very tragic that some minorities, particularly Indians, do not realize what great danger fascism poses in America. The Indian community has mostly acted as an apologist for racism in America. They have either denied the existence of racism, or minimized the extent of racism in America. Unfortunately, the two leaders of Indian origin who reached the highest level, Bobby Jindal and Nikki Haley, have set a negative example about maintaining the independent identity of the Indian community in America. Both have become Christians. Even though it is their personal choice what religion they want to follow, yet being public figures, they end up giving the message that to be fully accepted in America, one has to leave ones identity and must conform and merge with the mainstream. Indirectly, this kind of thinking promotes fanaticism and lays the ground for fascism.
Senator McCain is probably doing more harm to America than he realizes. He is encouraging the arrogant and jingoist extreme rightists and white supremacists. He also brought populist Sarah Palin to the forefront and encouraged the Tea Party movement. Both of those have mostly fizzled out. However, the Syrian crisis has given another opportunity to McCain to mislead America and complete the task Bush left unfulfilled; that is, the downfall of America. I do not think McCain fully understands the consequences of his actions. Therefore, we cannot blame him for deliberately endangering and harming America. However, inadvertently that is the direction he is taking America in. President Obama gave a new acceptability to McCain when he was looking for allies to have his policies on Syria approved by Congress. Ultimately, Putin proved more useful for Obama than McCain, and helped to pull Obama out of a difficult situation. President Obama should be very careful in allying with forces like Senator McCain. A short term gain can prove to be a big time loss in the long run.
Traditionally, I found most of the people of Indian origin to be bending over backwards to deny the existence of racism and discrimination in America. One way to lose your Indian friends is to talk about these issues with them. Indians generally do not identify themselves with minorities. They like to associate mostly with white people. However, the recent incidents have forced them to think that problems such as racism and discrimination do exist. Instead of whitewashing and denying the existence of racism, Indians should try to expose and combat it.
At this juncture, it is very important to confront the racist and fascist forces in America. Not only is the harmony and stability of American society at stake, but the emergence of fascism in America will have very serious and grave global consequences. People of Indian origin in America should understand that not only is their well-being at stake, but their mere survival is also at stake. Therefore, for their own survival and for saving America and the world, they have to stop becoming apologists for the racists and actually confront them. We need to join forces with all fair, peaceful, and justice loving people in America, including the sane elements amongst the whites to oppose the arrogant, ignorant extreme rightists, fanatics, jingoists and populists. All these elements, if unchecked, will push America to fascism.

Barf.
Better idea ... go home
We didn’t start the fire.
Signed, Whitey
No mention of the fact that the perps in these incidents were hyphenated-Americans of the African persuasion.
Load of bull. If anyone is racist its the minority democrat loving race pimps out there. They know who they are.
How about all those attacks on whites by the schwarzes? Oh, I forgot: only white people can be racists. Bull.
I can’t remember back to the last American doctor I’ve had at the V.A. Indians, Pakistanis, Nigerians and Kenyans. Maybe in the early 1980’s.
India with it’s caste system and honor killings. A good allie against Islam...but an Indian guy getting beat up somewhere only means he got beat up somewhere.
i don't care what color you are or whether you were born here or not, assimilate into our culture, pull your own weight, pay your taxes, raise your kids to be worthy human beings, don't ask for special privileges, don't try to turn America into where you escaped from, and don't step on my rights, then we'll get along just fine... other than that, get the hell out
Talk about fascism...
Tell it to George Zimmerman, dooshbag perfesser.
Blah blah blah. Save it for the classroom. I swear, this entire article is every “race relations” (how idiotic) class lecture I’ve ever heard. At least the kids in there pay (more like go into debt) for you to fill their heads with propaganda. Don’t worry, though. There’s an equal amount of kids that see RIGHT through your Sodomite facade.
It seems to me that he doesn’t understand that most of us are not racists, neither are we fascists.
Our problem is that because we work hard, tend to our families and our gardens, and avoid being “politically active”, and we believe in accepting people based on their character and morals, not their religious beliefs or ancestral origin.
This is our problem, and why the real idiots among us will “overcome”. We are not temperamentally suited to be the squeaky wheels of our culture. The radicals of the 60s won, because we didn’t stand up to them, for the above reasons.
These problems we are facing go way back to the 60s, if not before. The black community has been destroyed, as has the once stable black family, by the “helping hand” of foolish Democrat policies.
This individual doesn’t seem to understand the long threads of history, and has an unfortunate view of most of us, one that we do not deserve.
While I agree, racism is growing in America, much of it is anti white racism.
Can’t comment now. I have to take my dog, Blondy, for a walk.
Doctor Singh can SHOVE IT!
Uh, sure. It's in Das Kapital.
Dr. Sawraj Singh, MD F.I.C.S. is... Chairman of the Central Washington Coalition for Social Justice.
Ah, yes. The good Doc is an advocate for social justice who knows his Marx. And that fascist John McCain is to blame for bringing Palin into the national scene. I think the good Doc probably needs a bottle and a nap.
I think Dr. Singh’s turban is wrapped a little too tightly and is restricting the blood flow to his skull stuffing.
But Indians USE swastikas.
Oh there is fascism going on but not by Caucasians. Then again, if it were unemployed software engineers, I can understand why they might be p.o.’d at Indians with visas or Indians offshore getting their jobs. And if “Miss Whatever” was crowned simply as an affirmative action diversity ploy and not on her own merits...like how transgenders are getting crowned queen/king of the prom... I can understand pushback.
He's an MD who got in trouble with the authorities.
Local doctor disputes state allegations
He seems to be more of a "wacko bird" than anything else.
Was there ever a description of the perps in the crowd of 30 in Harlem who attacked the Sikh professor who’s pushed through legislation protecting Sikhs?
Actually, I think the liberals and progressives are responsible for the growing racism. They keep pounding on blacks and Hispanics that whites are out of screw them in the ground and steal from them. I believe that THEY are the problem with racism as this is their game plan. Split people up. Have everyone against each other. Play the race card. Cause problems. Cause race wars. Cause blacks and Hispanics to hate whites.
>>However, instead of being welcomed, she is subjected to racist slurs and online bigotry.<<
.000000000000000000001% of the population make bad comments (most/all of who are unquestionably liberals) and the USA is racist.
Shall we begin a discussion of the Indian caste system Mr. Singh?
In the USA, any child can grow up to be President (even if they aren’t even an America Citizen). In India and the Indian value system — which Indians have silently nut assuredly brought here to the USA — a child born into a lower caste can... hope to get to the top of the caste and will never advance beyond that.
The only thing worse than being lectured by someone with no facts is being lectured by someone whose entire culture is based in racism.
Your repost reminded me of an old Johnny Carson show. Old George Gobel was on and he was talking to Johnny Carson about racism in Hollywood. Lots of good stuff.
Then, they started talking about Gobel's personal life.
Carson asked Gobel if he had a dog.
Gobel said, "Yes."
Carson asked him: "What's his name?"
Gobel answered: "Spooky."
BROUGHT THE HOUSE DOWN.
The author hasn’t a freaking clue about what Fascism is, outside of spewing the Liberal-Left definition of what they have deceived the vast majority of Americans into believing what it is.
I just blogged on the subject of REAL Fascism - and where it comes from historically.
Fascism is a bastard son of Socialism, born from the French Revolution onward into it’s full bloom experienced in Mussolini’s Italy, Hitler’s Germany and Stalin’s Soviet.
1. NSA violations of our Constitution
2. Militarized police forces and government agencies
3. Corporate cronyism at record highs
4. Revolving door between government, military, and corporate suites
5. Infantilized population requiring father figure
6. More concern over fashion than content
7. Nannying legislation
8. Evergrowing government in times of peace and war, in times of recession and prosperity
9. Jimmy Fallon. The only way that guy keeps a job is cuz some scumbag at the top likes the way he [fill in blank]
I agree that Eric Holder and Hussein the Clown are racists.
This ignorant yahoo has no idea that he is actually aligning himself with America’s true Fascists - the “liberal” statists.
And in case he hadn’t noticed, they’re racist, too.
Fascism = objecting to our dispossession in our country built by our forefathers.
There appears to be some correlation between living in a mostly white middle class neighborhood and the crime rate.
Just saying.
A Sikh professor is attacked by a mob in New York.
This was a Minority on a Smaller Minority HATE CRIME!!!
You don’t want to know what I think.
BINGO!!!
THANK YOU!!
You know, India officially dumped the caste system.
From the Internet:
Why does India still use the caste system today?
The caste system has so badly infested the country that inspite of best efforts of the government or the Reformist movements, India has not been able to come out of it.
It is a cheaper and more productive way to create a political win and social network for India.
Manu Rishi in fact, had only defined them as classes based on the occupations or professions and not castes as they are known now.
THE NECESSITY OF THE CASTE SYSTEM:
1. Hinduism doesn't have a code of conduct. The caste system makes Hinduism flexible. It gives Hindus freedom, better quality of life, easy adaptability and yet eternal discipline.
2. The castes enable Hindus to interact with all sections of the society without losing their identity.
3. The castes are based on geography, natural resources and seasonal changes and the nature of human beings. It is not based on just human needs and thus on occupations. There are more than 2,000 castes and more than 20,000 sub castes. This infinite subdivisions shouldn't be misinterpreted as disintegration of Hindu society but as fine tuning of needs, availabilities and capabilities.
4. Every caste is an equivalent of a religion. Thus, Hinduism is an umbrella of compatible religions. Because of this non homogeneous nature of Hinduism, it is not possible to damage the entire Hindu religion.
5. The caste system is like a social ladder with infinite rungs.
Have you EVER heard such garbage?
I just want to know why a regular white kid can’t win the Spelling Bee???
How about the racially-motivated witch hunt for George Zimmerman?
I guess Doc missed that one
The reason conservatives have difficulty with identity politics is just because of our belief in rule of law. No individual is above or beyond the law. We should be equal before the law.
Let’s see - a vast majority of whites (Republicans) elected two Americans of Indian extraction (Jindal and Haley) but they are really not Americans of Indian extraction because they practice a different religion than this hater. He seems to ignore the fact that to my knowledge, there is no one of such heritage in the Democratic ranks, that any “grumbling” that I heard about Miss America came from the Indian community (supposedly because her skin was not light enough) and I see no mention of Joe Biden’s “joke” about Indians running 7-11s.
Wow! That was like “Mr Toad’s Wild Ride!”
Evidently we aren’t the only ones who think this guy is a racist nut case.
“””I found most of the people of Indian origin to be bending over backwards to deny the existence of racism and discrimination in America. One way to lose your Indian friends is to talk about these issues with them.”””
Palin is the only white person in her family from her interracial marriage.
Even Sarah’s grandchild is a tribal member (casino Indian, not computer Indian), why did he even mention Palin?
Didn’t the Sikh attacked in NY used to write anti-white racial articles before his recent attack from black racists?
Bobby Jindal and Nikki Haley are now racially impure to this guy because they aren’t his religion?
This article is intended to mislead Indians and keep them on the Dem plantation. It is propaganda, pure and simple, and it is up to every Freeper to fight these lies by directly speaking with Indians they know and making it clear the Dems want to create a fascist state and socialist hellhole that dooms the futures of their children. They will get it if you explain what the Dems want to do—fool them and destroy their childrens’ futures. They care about their children.
If you are looking for a future source of conservatives and supporters of freedom, look to the Asian immigrants. Speak to them, explain it to them, warn them of the propaganda. They want to succeed in America but there is a lot of pressure on them to knuckle under to the socialists. They don’t know America’s history—they just think the gov’t makes everything possible—because that is what they have been told all their lives.
“....assimilate into our culture....”
.
That’s the problem — what IS our culture today?
This country claims that its strength is in its diversity and that all cultures are of equal value. Isn’t that the reason that we are being flooded by 3rd world citizens, few having anything to contribute to America’s culture?
Oh, my gawd. Somebody open the Haldol-Wick.
The creep who wrote this tosses the name “fascist” around at people like Palin and by implication, us (Hitler, Stalin and Mussolini were fascists, what a comparison based on a political disagreement). Although I hate to stoop to their level, perhaps its time to start throwing it right back at them - “so you don’t like Ted Cruz, what are you, an anti-Hispanic racist? Your jackboots are showing”.
Don’t forget Hillary’s joke.
