A Minnesota affiliate reports that MNSure, the state's Obamacare exchange, is down due to a glitch:
Likewise, a Connecticut affiliate reports the state's Obamacare "storefront" will be closed for weeks:
And in Oregon, the exchange there is delayed due to "glitches" and will be down for weeks:

You’re right. The ONLY way for us to take power back is to become the group with the largest ‘wad’ of cash... the biggest ‘legal bribe’.
And we could do that by changing the way the ‘donation’ to presidential campaign is done on tax forms. Just change it so the ‘donation’ is made to a party... That ‘one dollar’ offering - if collected only from people who actually PAY taxes - would make us the group with the largest bribe.

This past weekend, we were having delays getting any site to come up on our computer. Delays were across the board. It wasn't due to our computer and internet service. Comcast had sent out on of its reps to fine tune a new modem last Thursday. The speed tests were off the pegs.
A younger relative in IT and computers, said that his peers felt it was due to people trying to log on to the sites over weekend. Then they jammed the phone lines trying to talk about the problems with friends and relatives.
