My neighbor came over here illegally. He went to college, got a couple degrees, and now has a high paying great job. However, he proudly told me that he believes in big govt and thinks that they should provide everything that every human being deserves. And he votes accordingly. We are being flooded with these types. There is no turning back from this. I fear we are done for. I just don’t know what the end game will be like.
I say it’s not only possible, but it’s likely. It wouldn’t surprise me if the “bell curve” of IQs is way off-normal.

The irony is that liberals look to the government as their savior while we follow the real one.
Average is being redefined with each generation in public schools. Like SAT scores being readjusted to make them appear better.

Understand this. Low information voters are not stupid, they are ignorant. Ignorance can be fixed.....stupid is forever.
Why are some voters ignorant? We have a national media that is wildly dishonest and corrupt as hell. Voters in this country that want to find out what’s really going in the country today have to research everything on their own because the media won’t tell them the truth. They twist the truth, cover up what THEY don’t want you to see and flat out lie for the sake of an agenda that is contrary to the well being of America. Most people are too busy working to provide for their families to be full time journalists on the side.
That’s why we have low information voters. When everything finally comes to a head, we need a Nuremburg type trials for those in the media that have so blatantly lied to the American people for so long.
Exactly, which is why the Founders didn’t put the right to vote in the Constitution.

I don’t know. I’m no historian, but I’m not aware of any major legislatiion since women got the vote that we have been a majority on the conservative side of the issue. It seems that women, speaking generally, are bad for real conservatism.
And don’t think that the ‘rats aren’t perfectly aware that he represents the majority of his cohort. What I don’t understand is why the right doesn’t seem to get it.
Or outright cheating in entire school districts.

While living in Slovakia, I did know hunters with guns, but I had no interest. When living in the US, I had a 22, and a 380 that a friend gave to me. I used the 22 one time to shoot a wild dog after it had just killed some of my cats.
If it boils down to having your guns to save America, I would say that you are whistling in your britches.
If shooting at the government breaks out, it will be all over but the shouting.
I happen to be in the same boat as I am a senior as well and I have a feeling what was years in the making is not about going to be undone any time soon if ever. As mediocrity and what can I get for nothing is becoming more and more the acceptable norm, the great American spirit is slowly decaying and dying and along with it the American Dream.
Most people are not about to change as humans are creatures of habit along with their ingrained and acquired mind set and will change only if forced to do so. I have a feeling in order for any real change to take place things will have to get bad enough for this country to hit the proverbial skids, or an earth shaking event of Biblical proportion will have to take place, just possible a war, causing humans to examine what went wrong and change direction.
Even so I always have been optimistic by nature I just have the feeling and sorry to say that mankind in general and not just here in the US is meandering towards the latter.
Many, if not most of today's youth would be to convert, as they've been told that "there is no difference between Islam and Christianity," and that Islam is "a religion of peace!"
Why fight Islam, just convert.
