Looks like the president is upping the ante. Seems his red lines only apply to GOP, not terrorists.
WIC is a supplemental program. It is actually better in my opinion than food stamps because there is no EBT and only prequalified nutritional food can be received however no kids are going to starve because of this unless they have totally worthless parents and grandparents.
