The Manhattan DA’s office won’t press charges against one of the motorcycle thugs who allegedly terrorized and beat a man after a wild chase on the West Side Highway, and is reluctant to prosecute another, sources said Wednesday. Allen Edwards, 43, of Queens, who allegedly smashed Alexian Lien’s rear driver’s side window with his fist, surrendered to cops Tuesday morning but will not be charged, the sources said.

You can find a lot of videos and footage of these bikers streaming down New York city highways. Aside from the violence against the SUV occupants I thought it was a cool ride. Are quads street legal in NYC? Anyway there were two in this biker crowd that in my opinion was mostly Hispanic but with others, blacks and whites
was the hit on the window before or after the driver ran over and paralyzed a biker?

Isn’t that special? Since there will be no criminal charges filed, I imagine this opens that poor family up to a civil suit by the bikers and their families that got hit?
The racial scorecard is Hispanic crotch rocket riders versus Chinese SUV occupants with some accounts saying a black individual used his helmet to break SUV windows.
Chinese driver did panic and greatly injure one rider, mangling his legs. this is what set things off.

The truth is that one must always be prepared to protect themselves. We should all look to avoid bad situations, or as this man did, flee or retreat if we can. But in the end the bad guy punks brought the fight to him and put him in a situation where he was helpless to defend himself or his family. He is lucky that he and his family are still alive.
The city of New York thinks that you should die at the hands of this kind of punk. They will not allow you to be able to defend yourself.

I boycotted NY City years ago after one race card fool tried it on with me and then used his race card to get out of the trouble. Then within an hour I got a ticket off the most arrogant rudest cop I have met and all I did was to sit in my car waiting for the wife and I never had a seat belt on and then I was charged double than NY City resident and I’m out of state.
NY City can go and screw.

So you think it is cool to:
Ride all over the sidewalks
Pass on the right off of the authorized lane
Ride in same lane with cars inches from the driver
Do wheelies in traffic
Speed in traffic
Use no tags or stolen tags
Ride in lanes weaving and white-lining opposing traffic
Cut off cars and hit the brakes so as to cause an accident
Cool? NOT!
