Not trying to detract from RUSH, but last night Mark Levin gave a chilling opinion on what Obama is going to try to pull with the debt limit. Levin thinks that Obama will unilaterally raise the debt limit, and unilaterally authorize spending to fund the Government. At that point, the House ceases to exist as a Constitutional check and balance, and we have a genuine dictatorship.
