2MBikers are reporting on their FB page they had people at the memorial all night long and there was no security whatsoever at 8:15 and 8:25 this morning. Pics show there are still barricades up.

What about the families of those who served in WWII who want to visit the memorial to honor the service and sacrifice of their loved ones?
I can’t imagine any other country in the world closing off a war memorial. This is despicable.

Have you all noticed that the barrycades are all painted black? Scary rifle black! Previously, in America, barricades were their natural galvanized metal pipe color. Now, someone has wasted our good money on painting those barrycades black. Very strange.

Apparently there’s some tension about the barricades. The person who runs the 2MBiker site is begging people to be satisfied with the police letting the Vets in the back (this day is about them not the bikers he says)...but even on the FB page there’s strong disagreement with that and it seems some people are moving the barricades anyway. The site owner is saying people are “defying orders”...not sure anyone is in a position to order anyone else with this but there it is.
I hadn’t noticed. Weird.
