Most upper management rangers live inside the parks. I don’t see any of them getting kicked out. I also don’t see the Obama tribe moving out of MY house to a Motel 6 this week.

He could evict all of the Section 8 tenants and those in federal housing projects! Shh! Stop using logic, comrade. This is political theater. I'm sure if this does not have the desired effect, the government will ramp up to shooting people who step or drive on federal land. (Wonder when they'll start barry-cading the Interstate? with tanks?)
