Its definitely time to impeach. NOW is the time. He’s inflicting too much ain on the American people and his motives are obviously not pure.
Any debt the punk incurs using such a concocted scheme should be repudiated by the House the next day citing a presidential lack of authority to issue any notes of indebtedness on behalf of the peoples House. The House should make it painfully clear that any borrowing done in the absence of House authorization is void and uncollectable.
Great idea! He should wait until close to the deadline when the MSM and the Democrats are screaming that it is the "edge of the cliff". That would firmly put the ball in their court.

It was basically the anti-slavery amendment, which is fine, but a couple of clauses refer to insurrection and rebellion and the 3rd clause refers to the removal of legislature members considered to be “in rebellion.”
Is anybody here listening to this? I think Boehner has heard it loud and clear and that’s why he’s suddenly grown a spine.
I believe if he goes the 14th amendment route, you’d be close to civil war. He would be a dictator at that point.
All this default talk is entirely bogus.
A default of the United States means no more or less than failing to honor a sovereign debt. There is zero chance or need for this to happen, but anyone listening to recent Senate Democrat rhetoric regarding House legislation confirming that debt repayment has absolute priority over Democrat wealth sharing heard the Dems call this legislation the “Pay China First” bill.
It’s truly scary when these morons put their boondoggle spending ahead of the full faith and credit of the United States.

How does he twist this into giving himself the power to raise the debt ceiling? Is he going to declare the Republicans in a state of rebellion?
