The motor psycho charged with starting the biker-mob attack that left a young Manhattan dad beaten to a pulp flipped off photographers in court Sunday — as it emerged that earlier this year, he caught a break from a judge.

Career criminal Reginald Chance, 37, extended both middle fingers as he was hauled into Manhattan Criminal Court on gang-assault and other charges tied to the Sept. 29 beatdown of Alexian Lien.

Chance’s lawyer said he wouldn’t challenge allegations his client was caught on video using his chrome helmet to smash a window of Lien’s Range Rover in front of the victim’s wife and 2-year-old daughter...

They don’t prosecute thugs like that, and at the same time, they say they need to ban guns from law abiding citizens...

It’s a tough call when you’re undercover. Do you risk blowing your cover, and probably die in the process along with the person you’re trying to save, or do you do nothing knowing that you can ID them in a trial later.

Not really.

If momma carries as well: ((17+1) X 2) + (16 X 2) + ((6+1) X 2) + (6 X 2) = 130.

That’s from two fill size, two subcompacts, two mags each.

If you’re driving in a large vehicle, this takes up practically no space and is a pretty light load out.

What does that mean “off-duty” cops? Where these cops weekend warrior bikers who were up front with the gang that they were cops or were they working undercover? Either way they are screwed, 1 for not helping the victim, and 2 they are now “outed” as scumbag pigs as the outlaw bikers are known to call the police, and will most likely have a death sentence put upon them.

If the Congress would get their act together, they could demand (by legislation) that all judges running for office; or appointed to office, have to declare how they vote (Party affiliation), and how they’re registered to vote, plus they should never be allowed to give donations to any person running for office.

This would put a stop to most of this folly.

21 prior arrests...drugs, weapons, assault, robbery? Now he’s out on bail after fipping off reporters in court. Ain’t that just peachy keen!

“One of 0bama’s sons could have gotten hurt otherwise.”

One of Obama’s sons is paralyzed from being run over.”””

He also has been forbidden from having a driver’s license until 2017 for the accumulation of his driving ‘incidents’ dating back to the mid-90’s. This thug isn’t a nice person. His Puerto Rican family members can whine all they want & Gloria ALL RED can shill all she wants. This is a bad guy & I doubt his ‘family’ is much better.

He is a menace on the road & off of it.

He should be the poster boy for what is wrong with America & Holder’s Just Us system today.

No sympathy here.

ONE UNARMED CIVILIAN did stand up to them as they attacked the SUV driver.

I heard that they rode as members of a COP motorcyle group.

What if up to 6 members of the group are trained police officers/prison guards...who may shoot back?

From what I’ve read, the undercover cop was not on duty...ie not investigating this biker group. Instead, he chose to go on this ride on his own free time.

Lien has a car. I’m still trying to figure out why he didn’t use it...
Anybody know why he stopped and didn’t drive over anybody who got in his way?
