A group of competitive trail riders, having just completed 75 and 50 mile endurance rides, were evicted from Talladega NF in the middle of the night. Exhausted horses and humans were forced to move trailers out of a pine grove in the dark under threat of fines and prosecutions.
The local park rangers were sympathetic, but U.S. Marshals were brought in (no doubt at great expense) to ensure that the rangers caused as much pain as possible despite their personal sympathy.

Good grief. Well, in addition to making it clear that this is an act of personal spite, directed against users who are most likely to be in the group despised by Obama, it also shows that he doesn't trust all of his minions to carry out his orders and needs to have another set of enforcers.
All these things are OWNED by the people, not the government. I wish I was home because I’d go marching up to one of these closed monuments and dare them to arrest me.

In fact, I think he's targeting certain national monuments, parks and even land just because it's unlikely that there will be many Obama voters among the users.
Mt bro-in-law is a big outdoors guy, he was saying all corps of engineer land is closed. So no lake fishing for him (in our area anyway) and no hunting. Tell it to Obama, tell it to Reid.
