I was listening to Attorney Joe DiGenova this morning on WMAL and he pointed out how the DOJ had recently sent a letter to universities telling them they could ignore the June ruling by the Supreme Court on using race in admissions. The Supreme Court, in a nearly unanimous ruling, said that universities could use race in admissions but not as a dominant factor. But in this letter the DOJ is instructing universities to continue with the same racial preferences that the Supreme Court had just barred them from using:
WSJ – Obama Administration regulators have made a specialty of ignoring Congressional intent, and even black-letter law. Now they’re showing the same disdain for the Supreme Court with advice to universities about interpreting racial preferences in the wake of June’s Fisher v. University of Texas ruling.
In a September 27 letter to university presidents, civil rights officials from the Departments of Justice and Education wrote that the Court’s decision in Fisher means that universities can continue with their same racial-preference policies. According to the Administration’s version of events, the ruling was merely a tweak on 2003′s Grutter v. Bollinger decision that racial preferences could be used to achieve “diversity” on campus.
… That must be news to the Supreme Court, which in an 8-1 opinion by Justice Anthony Kennedy rebuked Texas precisely because it had failed to heed Grutter. That decision said schools could use race in admissions but not as a dominant factor.

Why isn’t this on the news? Fox talking heads are sitting here discussing smoking and high schoolers and then what Switzerland is doing, laughing. Now there’s a cute doggie vid. Have I missed it?
What’s most telling is the response of the MSM. Under Nixon they claimed the moral high ground, protecting not just the county and the Constitution, but the people themselves.
Here with Obama they make themselves perfectly clear in a way they didn’t with Clinton and never have with conservatives or Republicans. They are simply the propaganda arm of liberalism.
Crowley’s interview with Cruz showed just that. Why on earth trust them ever again?
I believe what we are seeing from Obama/Pelosi/Reid are "end game" politics. I think they realize Obamacare is going to result in loss of the Senate and White House in the coming elections, so they are making end game moves. Obama is making it as painful as he can with the shutdown. I think we will see this escalate dramatically with the debt ceiling. He will have discretion to control spending within our means - and he will use that discretion to divide people and to turn them on his opposition. They know the only way the stay in power is to destroy the opposition. Obama will cutoff SS checks, welfare, SNAP, etc. He has created an army of people dependent on the government and he will turn them on America.
War? Remains to be seen. Civil unrest, disobedience, isolated violence? Almost a certainty IMO.
One can only conclude that Fox is now part of the problem!
I quit watching right after Ophonybama got re-elected, and FRankly, don’t miss TV news at all!

I have no idea how this is going to end, but it does not look like it will end well, for We the People or for Ophonybama.
Hopefully, by the time he is done with us, Ophonybama will have so besmirched the reputation of LIEberals that we can dispense with paying attention to anything they say for some years to come.
Whatever finally happens, Ophonybama has stained the White Hut to the point that some VERY STRONG disinfectant will have to be repeatedly used.
America’s reputation is shot — whatever good will we formerly had in the World Community is gone, and will require many, many years of intelligent and patient work to restore.
That is if we can survive the coming Ophonybama orchestrated SHTF event, whatever it is.

What is sad is that so many people in this country either don’t k.ow or care.And tbey don’t know what this because government has followed the laws before , they will in completely shocked.
A War on The Church, on plumbers, on rodeo clowns, on neureosurgeons, on the military, on park goers, on gun owners, on bloggers, on journalists, on the Tea Party, on home schoolers, on frackfers, on coal companies, and now on the Supreme Court.
