Three black soldiers arrested for stabbing white comrade to death 'called him a cracker' - so why are police now so sure it was NOT a hate crime?
Police today said the stabbing death of a white Army soldier allegedly at the hands of a group of African American comrades was not a hate crime - despite witnesses claiming they called him a 'cracker' during the confrontation. Tevin Geike, 20, was left for dead in a parking lot near his base in Lakewood, Washington, in the early hours of Saturday morning and three soldiers have been arrested over the killing.

SNIPPET: “Police said that all five suspects in the stabbing of Spc. Tevin Geike, 20, are soldiers at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. Two of the five suspects in the case are cooperating with law enforcement and were not being held in custody, authorities said.”

It can’t be a hate crime because the perps are black and the victim is white. What the perps had in mind is irrelevant considering those two facts. It is as with various bombings and shootings and such engaged in by mohammedans. They are only random acts if they are perpetrated by moslems whereas they are Terrorist Acts if committed by non leftist white men.

I warn my young children that they should expect no justice (or mention) if they are ever attacked like this; they will always keep a healthy distance, as most of us raised along the frontiers of the Newark NJ welfare reservation do. Those who say the death penalty is not a deterrent to crime are as wrong-headed as they can be.
What is not a deterrent is the ridiculous system of courts that are strangling this nation and making a mockery of any kind of justice. Many of us believe that justice (to society as well as for the perpetrator) must be swift and the sentence carried out quickly after a review of the sentencing court’s findings.
Singapore’s justice seems to be the reason the small nation is literally free of serious crime. Their handling of the drug problem has reduced it to zero. If you’re apprehended either selling or buying mind-altering drugs the penalty is death.

Eric “my people” Holder has openly stated in testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee that white Americans are NOT protected against racist violence by Federal Hate Crime laws.
Only Holder approved “protected groups” are covered and Whites are not in a protected group unless they are homosexual or Jewish. Even then, they are not protected against RACIALLY motivated violence.
A classic case:
One white man was talking on a payphone outside a gas station when he was accosted by the mob. He tried to run into the gas station to safety, but the attendant had already locked the door when he saw the mob approaching. As the man desperately pounded on the locked door, he was surrounded by the mob and savagely beaten. Workers would later have to wash the victim’s blood from the front of the door.
In an even more violent incident, a car driven by Andy Kaufmann, a 29-year-old white father of three, was surrounded and a brick was thrown through the window. Andy was beaten unconscious and left with a fractured skull. He sustained permanent brain damage and will never be the same. Andy’s wife Angelina, who was sitting in the passenger seat on the night of the attack and who watched helplessly as her husband was nearly killed, laments, “I miss the Andy I used to know.”
In light of the brutality of the crimes committed that night, the sentences handed down were extremely lenient. The man who threw the brick at Kaufmann’s car and instigated the attack, 17-year-old Deonte J. Williams, was sentenced to only 19 months in prison.
In a radio interview shortly after the attack, Macomb County Sheriff Mark Hackel was asked why hate crime charges were not sought, which would have resulted in stiffer penalties. Hackel responded that he didn’t consider hate crime laws to be applicable since Kaufmann is white, and therefore not a member of a “protected class.” Hackel said, “I don’t know if it [hate-crime legislation] applies to an unprotected class, and I don’t know if whites are part of that. I’m not sure.”
In hearings before the Senate Judiciary Committee yesterday, Attorney General Eric Holder settled Hackel’s question of whether hate crime laws protect whites: they don’t.

Police sources say that the incident is under investigation by both the Hate Crimes Unit and the 100 Precinct Detective Squad, but declined to speculate on why the writer of the flyer came forward at this time.

Good point; I hadn’t thought about that. In some of the stories my children read for school they are inserting them in an attempt to “normalize” them (though it is impossible due to the chaotic nature of them); hopefully accusations of racism will shut that down...
