The news about Obama's approval rating is buried in an article blaming the Republicans for the shutdown. I believe this is the lowest Obama's approval rating has ever dropped, but I could be wrong.

A sure sign that even Obama’s supporters are starting to wake up and smell the coffee.

I love Matt Drudge. He has more influence than all these biased media junkies combined, and he constantly makes them look foolish in their own stories by simply crafting his own headlines.

Let’s see the Leftist media trumpet the slide of Obama’s approval rating. They led every newscast and headlined their newspapers every time Pres. Bush polled below 40%.

Always been sub-zero at my house. Impossible to rise above that level. Ever. When he packs his bags and exits it may rise to a 1.

And when approval ratings for Presidents get into 30’s they tend to stay there.

even 37% is too high

Imagine if the MSM was not on the leftists side, he’d be in the teens

I wonder how low he can go?

I figure at least 20 percent of his base are getting the bennies.

So about 15 to 20 percent will NEVER disagree with him.

Then you’ve got about 10 percent wacko crowd who actually believe what this freak says.

That puts the number at about 30 percent of his core base who will never leave him.

NOW.. if the press is saying he’s at 37 percent.. I would actually put it closer to 30.

I think he’s as low as he can go...

Another interesting result from the same poll:

— More than 4 in 5 respondents felt no personal impact from the shutdown

That means the VAST majority of these people that supposedly "blame" Republicans for the shutdown, actually don't even care, certainly not enough for it to influence their vote. Sort of like the polls that say 70% support gun control, but the only ones that care strongly enough to vote for a candidate based on the issue are those that oppose it...

This is very significant.

The American public is stupid. They don’t know what exactly is going on, but they don’t like the negativity, and they are finally beginning to tie it to Obama.

It’s got to hit the 20’s before the MSM will pay attention to it. Then the meme will be what a statesman he’s being, a ‘profile in courage’, by doing what’s right in office, rather than what’s popular.

Likewise, gas would have to hit $10 a gallon during his administration for it to be newsworthy—and then it would be a glorious harbinger of our embarking on the post-petroleum age.

The number 36% is critical. That is in my view the line delineating the hardcore.

If it drops to < 36% there is real trouble.

I don’t believe his approval ratings have been anywhere near what has been reported EXCEPT for people that live in cities.

Small town America, he’s nowhere close to the numbers we’re getting.

I also believe 37% is a new low record.

Anyone have the facts?

Is it?

That performance by Obama and the MSM yesterday was a disgrace to this country. All of those dems are traitorous scum. Americans need to take a look at who they are allowing to run this country.
