If that is the “published” approval rating, you can bet the farm the real numbers (the internals) are lower than that. Very much explains the petty and petulant behavior the boy king is displaying.

I honestly don’t think he cares. He is the Dictator in Chief...he’s got 3 more years to ruin this country and create his socialist utopia.

They are. The ones I know, cousins, stylists, people i don’t share politics with, are stuttering in place of what used to be proud assertions. They’re even asking questions

Yes but the young folks are about to get sticker shock with Obamacare. Young health people (millions of them) who don’t spend their money on health insurance are going to have to start forking over large chunks every month even if they do qualify for subsidy in the form of tax credits they won’t see that till they file the following year. Young people most likely are not that patient and are going to balk at this. Obamacare is doomed to failure because the young people just won’t sign up for it of course Republicans will eventually be blamed because somehow it will be their fault even though everyone of them voted against and tried to repeal this evil law. Example I checked out a one of the healthcare calculators and basically a 21 year old single person making less than 25K a year is going to have to fork over about $200 every month for the bronze plan which has large copays and really only serves as a catastrophic plan... but that $200 was what they were using for gas, partying, car insurance, care payment, etc, etc, and it is not being replaced with anything tangible so they are about to get pissed because they won’t get the $1800 payback until they file their taxes the following year.... LOL suckers...

He’s dropped into the political danger zone. Any politician whose ratings are in the 30’s is probably in trouble.

The republicans are loudly against obamacare

Whether they were dragged into that position kicking and screaming or not

Obamacares costs are starting to kick in

All the criticism of Ted Cruz I hear comes from moderate republicans who look in vain for and pretend there is some good in the self appointed king

Eventually they’ll be proven faulty in their thinking

Ted Cruz jumped in on the side of taking care of the people

It looks bad politically at first. But like any healthy cure, it takes time and persistence.

Obama still has many low information socialists to dissatisfy, France leads the way in sustained disillusionment of Socialist Presidency. http://www.skynews.com.au/world/article.aspx?id=913611

Hollande approval rating sinks

Updated: 23:04, Wednesday October 9, 2013

French President Francois Hollande's approval rating has hit its lowest mark since the Socialist took office last year, new polls show.

Already at record lows for a modern French leader, Hollande's approval rating has dipped further in recent weeks as he struggles with France's stagnant economy and a reputation for dithering.

In an LH2 poll for Le Nouvel Observateur released Tuesday, only 29 per cent of respondents had a positive view of Hollande, down one point from September and three points from July.

'This decrease brings Francois Hollande below the symbolic level of 30 per cent positive opinions and is his worst score since entering the Elysee,' LH2 said.

Hollande's predecessor, right-winger Nicolas Sarkozy, never fell below the 30-per cent level during his five-year term, it noted.

The firm blamed the latest fall on public squabbling among ministers over the treatment of France's Roma population - a row that has seen Hollande depicted as unable to control his government.

Another IFOP poll for Paris Match released Tuesday put Hollande's approval rating at 30 per cent.

The shine is off Obama’s star. He totally mishandled the shut down. He’s petulant.

The key to all this is that Congress is like a fish ball in the ocean. You might not like it, but you can’t target it because it’s a mass and a moving mass.

You can focus on one person, the President. Obama’s brains blew this big time.

Unless Obama stops the freebies, his actual rating will never go below 47%.

37 percent is encouraging.

Rasmussen has far different numbers for Obama. Daily Presidential Tracking Poll Rasmussen has him at 50% approve.

I think this is more about Obamacare sticker shock (if you can get in to see the rates), than the shutdown.

The low information types blame the Republicans for the shutdown because that is what the 30 second sound bites on the liberal nightly new has programmed them to believe.

The news about Obama's approval rating is buried in an article blaming the Republicans for the shutdown. I believe this is the lowest Obama's approval rating has ever dropped, but I could be wrong.

Rassmusen apparently polls an entirely different segment of Americans - they are loving what Obozo is doing by pounding the hapless GOP.
