Christians and Jews Need Not Apply for the Muslim ....

OBAMACARE DISCRIMINATES AGAINST CHRISTIANS AND JEWS BY DENYING THEM SPECIAL EXEMPTIONS EXTENDED TO OTHER RELIGIONS.

If you are a mainstream Christian or a Jew, you need not apply to Opt Out of ObamaCare; that exemption is reserved for Muslims, Scientologists, Amish, Christian Scientists and Native American Indians who have a “conscientious objection” to surance. A conscientious objection to theft committed by rogue politicians under the color of law with the threat of violence for non-compliance isn’t suf-ficient in America today to exempt average Americans from the stranglehold of government. Believe it or not, if you are a Muslim you may claim a special religious exemption to Obama-Care that is denied to main-stream Christians and Jews. Or if you prefer a New-Age religion to Islam, you may become a Scientologist and Opt Out of ObamaCare’s mandatory pur-chase of health insurance. Or, if you happen to be of Native American Indian extraction you too can opt out of the insurance laws by which everyone else in America must abide. .....

Better if we just send them home. To a place where they can live in the blessings of Sharia.

This is low hanging fruit for a legal challenge.
The government can’t pick and choose which religions get to be exempt.
That is ConLaw 101 material.

nothing Barry Mohammad Obama does surprises me anymore...

he's predictably EVIL and his contempt for Christians...is all too notable.

I wish him good luck....at his next job...

Wondered why this argument was not included in the USSC action. Of course, there is now even more via His Grace’s various special interest “exemptions”.

Also, does this mean we will never see a muslim in the Emergency Room?

Native Americans r exempt b/c they already have government funded healthcare, at least I hope that is why they r exempt and not on “religious” grounds. Believe me, Native Americans r not against going to the doctor, most of them just think “whitey” should pay for it.

Simple enough...We all become muzlims...We are then exempt from the Obamacare and the other upside is that we can pick our own Imams and change the course of Izlam in America...

This is stupid, there is no “Muslim” exemption nor any “new religion” exemption from the mandate

‘Members of recognized religious sects’ and American Indians are also exempt

If you’re a member of a “federally-recognized Indian tribe,” congratulations! You’re also exempt from the individual mandate. This is in part because the Indian Health Service offers government-run health care to members of such tribes. Members of a “recognized religious sect or division,” as specified in Section 1402(g)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code, are also exempt. So, you might be asking yourself: which “religious sects” are exempt?

The Internal Revenue Code exempts an individual from certain taxes if he is “a member of a recognized religious sect or division thereof and is an adherent of established tenets or teachings of such sect or division by reason of which he is conscientiously opposed to acceptance of the benefits of any private or public insurance which makes payments in the event of death, disability, old-age, or retirement or makes payments toward the cost of, or provides services for, medical care,” including Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid.

Your “sect” has to have been in continuous existence since December 31, 1950, and the Commissioner of Social Security must agree that your sect “has the established tenets or teachings” consistent with opposition to medical benefits. While there are some on the Internet who believe that this religious exemption applies to Islam, it doesn’t appear that way to me, as Muslims are not exempt from Social Security. Instead, the exemption is meant for groups like the Amish.

So if you really hate the individual mandate, you don’t have to burn your Obamacare card—just join the Amish or an Indian tribe!

This comes from their deep contempt for Christians and Jews, and their fond wish to eliminate Christians and Jews, and replace them with facial-hair-growth pre-cambrian life forms.

Obozo Care has a “religious conscience” clause allowing certain “recognized religious sects” an exemption to the individual mandate. The law defines those groups as the same ones that are also exempt from Social Security payroll taxes under 26 U.S. Code section 1402(g)(1).
