WASHINGTON (AP) — Starting in about a decade, Kingston, Jamaica, will probably be off-the-charts hot — permanently. Other places will soon follow. Singapore in 2028. Mexico City in 2031. Cairo in 2036. Phoenix and Honolulu in 2043.
And eventually the whole world in 2047.
A new study on global warming pinpoints the probable dates for when cities and ecosystems around the world will regularly experience hotter environments the likes of which they have never seen before.
And for dozens of cities, mostly in the tropics, those dates are a generation or less away.
"This paper is both innovative and sobering," said Oregon State University professor Jane Lubchenco, former head of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, who was not involved in the study.
To arrive at their projections, the researchers used weather observations, computer models and other data to calculate the point at which every year from then on will be warmer than the hottest year ever recorded over the last 150 years.

Well, seeing as we are in a cooling trend for the last 16+ years they didn’t (couldn’t) predict, I won’t hold a lot of stock in their fake forecasts.
“Sure we were completely wrong about the last 16 years, but now we really know for sure.”

They keep making far-off predictions.
Far off being the key.
Then when the time eventually arrives, they dismiss the now “old” prediction as old news. As not serious.
And then they make new far-off predictions again.
Well, enjoy the cold, losers.
What were their projections in 1995? We don’t ever hear about the Chicken Little doom and gloom prognostications that never materialized. How can you attach any credibility to what they are saying? They are always wrong.

When even the posters at SFGate are making fun of GoreBull warming you know it is over. They can’t even sell this crap to their base anymore.
This morning it was 65 degrees, but by 2pm the temperatures had risen to 85 degrees. If this warming “trend” continues, it’ll be 100 degrees by midnight. As the temperatures continue to warm, it’ll be 10002324023 degrees by Oct 10, 2047!
90 will be the new 50 by then. I hope. :-)
