Just covered on Fox News. The owner complained about the unions. Called them terrorists who were going to sabotage his factory if he told them about the move. He said each worker he paid $16000 really cost him $40,000 due to government mandates and laws
As it is they are attacking-sabotaging the now empty Italian factory building
Well, there are many lessons to be learned for the Italians in this little caper. One that comes immediately to mind is that if everyone goes on Holiday for the whole month of August, upon their return, they might just find that their jobs have been reloated, lol, too funny :)

Well, that should help to get a new business in the building so they’ll have jobs again.
I know a French businessman who owned five companies. He could not afford to keep them open because of government mandates and he couldn’t afford to close them because the government said he’d have to pay all the wages and benefits (as I recall) for five years. So, one Friday he locked them up and immigrated to the US. He’s running a catering business now.
I presume he sucked as much out of them as he could.
He went Galt/ Very good. Catering involves cash sometimes (Galtness)
This may not be a case of going Gault, and more a case of basic survival.
Sounds like Italy is now a “bucket of crabs”.
Wow. That article was well worth the click to read in it’s entirety. The stat at the end about 27,000 Italian companies, each with sales over 2.5 mil euros, leaving in a ten year period is astounding.
