Very clever sneaky phrasing here. The implication is this one is not "really" transgender, without implying anything negative about the transgender "right" to use the restroom of his/her choice.
Yep, this and the refusal to honor our own war dead this week means we are totally lost.
How can we buy the notion that boys should be in girl’s restrooms and on girls’ sports teams?
How can we send our citizen soldiers to die in a war and then refuse to honor them and their families with simple things like family presence, escort, burial, and family care?

The people I had in mind, those with androgen sensitivity disorders, often do not know they are genetic males (or are unaware until they fail to start menstruating). They are different from those who have a mental illness that makes them believe their life problems result from their gender.
It is unfair to everyone to act as if a boy is really a girl just because he wants to call himself one. It would be equally unfair to insist that everyone with XY chromosomes be treated like a boy, when the afflicted person may not even know she has XY chromosomes. The condition may be rare, but statistically speaking, every school district probably has one.
I mean, what's good for the goose should be good for the gander, right?

Actually this sort of thing could be what drives real competition to generate.
A lot of parents who ordinarily would forget all about their kids’ schools, will get (VERY) interested if the’ve got a transgender mess at their school.

Awesome (that that guy still lost despite obvious and overt cheating). I see a lot of potential abuse of women with this current fad of treating men as women just because they claim to be “transgendered”. Unfair advantages in women’s sports, access to women’s locker rooms...

They should sue the school district and have the principal charged with sexual harassment.
Regardless of what their agenda or malfunction is it doesn't entitle them to abuse other people, and an attitude adjustment appears to be in order.
Statistically speaking, that's not so. About .0001 of the school age cohort.
School districts with 10,000 or more students might have one, and then you have the issue of level of presentation. Some are barely noticeable, some are middle, and some are pronounced. If I had a child with fairly obvious male genetalia, I'd have them checked out. So let's say we're now at .00005.
Dear parents: demand a chaperone be stationed in restrooms. Tell them it’s for the protection of the little pervert they’re nurturing, lest the girls “bully” the boy. Seriously. Demand a chaperone.
A friend told me that was done in the 1960’s. Her mother was a bathroom parent monitor because the black girls were beating up white girls in the bathroom.
I would argue that those with Y chromosomes are not allowed in the women’s locker room and those without Y chromosomes are not allowed in the men’s locker room. Hopefully, the chromosomes won’t sue on this discrimination...
Is there any different expectation of the mentally ill?
