Obamacare is such a fraud.
If the intent is to subsidize health insurance up to 4x the poverty level—which I think is approximately what the exchanges do, then that can simply be accomplished through the filing of tax returns. (And no, I don’t think people should be subsidized up to 4x the poverty level.)
If the intent is to insure those with uninsurable pre-existing conditions, then some states have already been handling that with high-risk pools for state subsidies.
There is no reason on earth to put together those monster exchanges that, yes, good ol’ Mitt Romney pioneered, unless you’re planning to roll over to a fully nationalized system as soon as you can get away with it.
Everyone I talk says they aren’t buying into this thing, even the libs I know - and I know a LOT. For the libs they say it costs too much - Gee how “affordable”. For everyone else they aren’t for the simple fact it’s flat out tyranny. The government is forcing you to buy a companys product simply because you exist. Then you get these idiots who compare it to car insurance. First off car insurance is on the free market. Health insurance is not. Second, driving a car is a privilege not a right. Obamacommiecare brings forth the horror of possibly equating a human life to that of privilege rather than right by getting the government involved which is the main reason this thing has to GO.

Not much left to destroy. The Constitution has been largely ignored by Congress, the Supreme Court and the President since the days of FDR. Otherwise, how could something like Social Security be instituted without a Constitutional amendment?
Exactly, the shutdown beats the hell of the current path. Anything is preferable to this gang of criminals destroying our Constitution. Any cost to stop them. I hope the shutdown lasts until early 2017.
The truckers have no idea of the power they hold to stop this tyranny. A one week shutdown of goods delivery and chaos would ensue in every city. Government would lose their power and the criminals in power would be arrested. It happens in other countries and it could happen here. We simply start over and put term limits in place.
