WASHINGTON (AP) — You'll have to get coverage by Valentine's Day or thereabouts to avoid penalties for being uninsured, the Obama administration confirmed Wednesday.

That's about six weeks earlier than a March 31 deadline often cited previously.

Can someone please explain to me this:
Obamacare passed SCOTUS because Robert’s said it would if it were a tax. Correct?
Obamacare forces you to buy a service from an insurance company. This technically isn’t a tax
How can this still be Constitutional?
Are there any lawsuits?
Where do I sign up?

If it’s a delay, it’s still illegal, because it was done without Congressional approval.

Bama is just waiting for the payments to the Federal exchanges because he and the Congress will treat the money like the Social Security tax (FICA). They will pay claims from the cash flow and spend the rest on other gov’t projects. The initial money stream is positive but it soon be negative and then the death panels will “balance the books”.

Obamacare forces you to buy a service from an insurance company.

What exactly do you mean by "you"?

Because Roberts went into great detail about who "you" is.

The rollout of online insurance markets this month has been snarled by technical glitches that frustrated many consumers.

They're not "technical glitches". The programs are broken, or they never worked.

You would have to be insane, or a fool, or both, to go online and use broken software, or software that never worked.

You're just ASKING for your personal data to be stolen by hackers.
