Palin to Attend 'Million Vets March' in DC to Honor 'Dishonored' Vets

Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin announced that she will travel to Washington, D.C. on Sunday to support and honor the veterans who will be arriving for the "Million Vet March" on the memorials.

Speaking at a rally for New Jersey Republican Senate candidate Steve Lonegan along with Mark Levin on Saturday, Palin denounced the Obama administration for dishonoring veterans by barricading the World War II Memorial during the federal government shutdown. She said it was "heart-wrenching," "atrocious," and "not right."

I have never even come close to meeting Sarah, the closest I got was when I visited the WW1 Memorial here in KC and she came like 2 Days Later!

Sitting here in the pop-up at fairfax drive park just outside DC, listening to the raindrops fall. We found the train station this evening so we won't have to look for it in the morning. Even bought our round trip tickets so we dont have to screw with that.

Its going to be fun in the morning carrying two flags on 8 foot poles to the train station on the canam spyder. Hope the cops are looking the other way in the dark. Might be wet. What the hell, I've been wet before.

This reminds me of another Rush Limbaugh story, I believe he has said he Never Even Meet Ronald Reagan, even though he was one of his biggest supporters.

I think Mark was particularly fired up after speaking at the Values Voter Summit.

It was a great show, featuring great speeches from Reagan... The plug for "Our good old friends at freerepublic" was the butter cream icing on the cake.

Just got back to the ‘puter for a minute, I’ll catch up tomorrow.

The first time I saw Sarah in person was when she flew into the tiny little Searchlight, NV airport.

She and Todd rode with the normal looking guy in the suit and tie, her staff rode with me.

But I was able to film and take pics as she got off of the plane until a guy told me to put the camera away...heh

I was quite impressed that when we took her back to her plane at another event in Reno, she actually remembered my name!
